Milena was established in 1953 by two brothers, Marino and Milena Del Siena, in Sansepolcro, a small town near Florence. Over the last five decades has become one of Italy’s most important shirt manufactures.

With over fifty years experience, a lot of hard work following the Italian way, the Milena shirt is elegant and refined, with each artisan tailor adding unique twists and creativity to their shirts.

Of course, each year, Milena adapts to the fashion trends world wide. Invariably they are the ones who set the trends in the first place.
